You rank nationally for solar company searches. Not one of your 14 counties ranks for anything

This review is about who your website brings in. We went through the site, your search rankings and your reviews. The main findings: 255 people a month find you through real buying searches like "solar companies ireland" and "solar panel installers ireland", and that number is growing. But not one of the fourteen counties you say you serve, including Carlow, Wexford and Tipperary, has a page that ranks for anything. Two of your own pages also share an identical title, and three separate pages compete for the same equipment brand. It's all detailed below, with what to do about each one.

01 The rankings

National searches work. County searches don't exist yet

Your site ranks for 78 searches and brings 255 visits a month, more than most installers manage, and still growing. Nearly all of it comes from generic national searches: solar companies, solar panel installation, solar installers. Here's the split between what's working and what isn't.

The pattern is clear once you see it. Every real visit comes from a search with no place name in it. The moment a homeowner adds their own county, Carlow, Wexford, Tipperary, Kilkenny, your site disappears from the results, even though you say you serve all of them.

02 The specifics

Five things holding the numbers down

Missing
Not one of your 14 counties has a ranking page
Carlow, Waterford, Tipperary, Sligo, Wexford and Kilkenny are each mentioned once on the homepage and sit on page five or six of Google. There's no dedicated page built for any of them.
Duplicate
Two pages share the identical title
/news/ and /solar-news/ both carry the exact title "Solar News - Eco Horizon". Google can't tell which one to trust and splits the credit between them.
Duplicate
Three pages compete for the same equipment brand
Your Fronius content is split across three URLs. One of them isn't even in the list of pages you give Google anymore, meaning it's live and still findable, but no longer part of the pages Google is told to check.
Missing
No H1 heading on the homepage
The single biggest, most important line on the page, for both Google and a visitor, doesn't exist as a proper heading.
Conflicting
Your on-site review count doesn't match your public total
The count shown on your homepage and your public Google total have drifted apart. Worth confirming the true current number and correcting the on-site copy to match it.
Worth noticing

None of this is a design problem. The site already has a real drone photo, a working review widget shown across two platforms, and traffic that's growing on its own. This is steady monthly work: merging duplicate pages, adding a proper heading, and building your first county pages.

03 Done for you

The fixes, already written out

Each fix below is ready to hand to whoever manages the site.

Fix 1 · New text for your Google listing
This is what people see when Eco Horizon comes up on Google today, next to what it should say. The current version doesn't name a county or the rating.
What Google shows now

Eco Horizon - Solar Power for Home, Business & Agri Solar
Solar Power for Home & Commercial
What it should show
https://ecohorizon.ie
Solar Panel Installers Laois & Carlow | Eco Horizon
Solar PV for homes, farms and businesses across Laois, Carlow and 12 more counties. 5.0 stars on Google.
Fix 2 · One page per search
For each brand below, keep the page listed as the owner, and fold the others into it so their old addresses forward straight there.
fronius → owner: /solar-equipment-brands/fronius-solar/. Fold in /product-brand/fronius/ (not in your current sitemap) and /solar-power-system/solar-invertors/
huawei inverter → owner: /solar-equipment-brands/huawei-solar/. Fold in /product-brand/huawei/ (not in your current sitemap)
Fix 3 · The remaining quick fixes
Small, fast, and each one removes a reason for Google to doubt the site.
Solar News duplicate , merge /news/ and /solar-news/, keep one, forward the other across
Homepage heading , add a proper H1 naming Laois and solar directly

05 What it adds up to

Run your own numbers on it

Here's the sum in its plain parts. Carlow, Wexford and Tipperary alone add up to around 550 people a month typing these searches into Google, and you currently capture none of it. You know how many of those searches turn into a job for you, and what a job is worth. That's the sum worth doing on your side.

Why sooner beats later

Your traffic is already growing 8.5% a month, which means whatever you're doing nationally is working. The counties you're leaving without a page are the same growth left unclaimed, available to whichever competitor builds them first.
